The content provided, including presentations, videos, case discussions, and demonstrations of diagnostic tools (e.g., EMG, T-Scan, JVA), is for professional educational purposes only and is intended for licensed dental and medical professionals.

We do not guarantee any particular result, outcome, or success level following your participation in the Masterclass. 3. Registration, Payment, and Access
a. Registration: To enroll in the Masterclass, you must complete the registration and payment process as outlined on the Site. By registering, you confirm that you are a qualified professional (or student under supervision) in a relevant field. b. Payment: All prices are as listed on the Site and are subject to change without notice. You agree to pay all fees at the prices then in effect for your Masterclass purchase. c. Masterclass Access: Upon successful payment, you will receive confirmation and instructions for accessing the live online session (e.g., via Google Meet or Zoom). It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary equipment and stable internet connection to participate.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Option A (No Refunds): Due to the digital nature of the content and the limited seating for the live event, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once registration and payment are complete.

Option B (Limited Refund): If you notify us of your cancellation at least [e.g., 7 days] before the scheduled Masterclass date, you may be eligible for a refund, minus an administrative fee of [e.g., 10%] or [Fixed Amount]. License to You: Your enrollment grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Masterclass content for your own personal and professional educational use only. c. Prohibited Actions: You are strictly prohibited from: * Recording, reproducing, copying, sharing, or distributing the Masterclass content or materials in any format, whether free or for sale. * Using the content for any commercial purpose other than applying the knowledge to your own clinical practice. * Sublicensing, selling, or renting any content from the Masterclass.

6. User Conduct and Prohibitions
You agree not to: a. Use the Site or Services for any unlawful purpose. b. Disrupt or interfere with the security of the Site or the live Masterclass session. c. Use any automated means to access the Site or Masterclass content. d. Impersonate any person or entity.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate your access to the Masterclass, without refund, if you violate these conduct rules.

7. Limitation of Liability
In no event will the Company, Dr. Varun Kunte, or its affiliates be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Site or the Masterclass, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the Site shall be exclusively brought in the courts located in  India.
